The Federation of Asian Die & Mould Associations (FADMA) held its Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2026, at the Westin Mumbai Garden City, India — graciously hosted by TAGMA (The Association of Die & Mould Makers of India). The gathering brought together representatives from seven member associations across Asia, reinforcing the federation’s commitment to regional collaboration and industry advancement.
A highlight of the meeting was the election of new Office Bearers for the 2026–2029 term. HKMDC was elected as the new Chairman, with KODMIC stepping in as Vice-Chairman, PDMA taking on the role of Secretary, MSTMA retained as Treasurer, and JaDMA and CDMIA continuing as Committee Members. Outgoing Chairman Mr. Hector Villanueva of PDMA was warmly recognized for his outstanding service and contributions to the federation.
The meeting also covered key financial matters, including the approval of the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and the re-appointment of long-serving auditors K E WEE & ASSOCIATES PAC. Members also gave the green light to an upgraded FADMA website, featuring multilingual and member login functions — a major step toward greater visibility and communication across the industry.
Looking ahead, HKMDC announced plans to host the OBM 2026 in Shanghai, China, tentatively scheduled for the first week of July 2026, while JaDMA confirmed it will host the FADMA AGM 2027 in Tokyo, coinciding with Intermold Japan on April 14–16, 2027.
With fresh leadership, a modernized digital presence, and an ambitious agenda focused on membership growth and industry empowerment, FADMA is poised for an exciting new chapter. Stay connected with the association’s upcoming events and initiatives through the newly revamped FADMA website.
